Prior to joining the N.C. Highway Patrol I worked at Olin with Bill and spent many enjoyable days rabbit hunting with him and Oscar Harbin Sr. Bill was a great fellow to spend time with. He was always very honest and direct in his dealings with others. I spent many hours in conversations with him. Bill was a super person. My very sincere condolences to all of his family.
